What Causes Pain In The Ribs While On Diltiazem?
I am taking Diltiazem, Ziac, Diurectic 40 mg twice a day, K-Chlor and Xarelto. I am having some pain under my right rib cage. Could some of my medicines be causing this? I also have swelling of the feet and ankles with some bloating of the abdomen. Are these safe medications to be taking together?

Dear Xarelto may used oral anticoagulants it's side effects like bleeding pain abdomen. chances of pleuracy pain .
and above drugs have its own side effects but any of the drug may not directly cause right chest pain. but please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
