What Causes Pain In The Right Side On The Muscle Near The Armpit?

hi im a 38 yr old male who is having pain in the right side on the muscle near the armpit. it comes and goes i do a lot of lifting at work . i went to the d.r. and took test ,and everything that the d.r. said it looks ok.but she give me a shot in my chest a steroids shot i guess i cant thick of the name that she called it, it the pain for awhile, but the pain is back. like i said the pain is in between the nipple and before you get to the armpit,and it comes and goes .please respone back if there anything to take are get the shot again

It seems to be a muscle injury due to wrong lifting techniques if any. First, we need to identify the level of injury followed by pain relief followed by strengthening of the muscles needed for your work and the injured muscle.
