What Causes Pain In The Side?

hi my son aint been well over two weeks got pain in side and sleeping alot he got sugar found in wee sampel wot does that mean as to have a fast blood test next week shall i take him hosptal to check him not eating or drinking probbley wot do i do please help

I really appreciate your concern, you have not explained in detail what type of pain he is in, if this the sugar detected in urine then plasma glucose test is must, you have even not mentioned the age here, with the little information give here it became difficult to advise in proper way, if this is the sugar detected in urine then it may indicates the hyperglycemia and it could diabetes also, the pain could be due to spasm, hope this information helps.
