What Causes Pain In The Sternum?
I m 52 and weigh 250. I m having pain in my sternum mostly and a little in my right shoulder. I suspect that it is related to indigestion which I have had lately due to the fact that I ve eaten foods which tend to give me indigestion. The problem started while I was sleeping at night.

It can be do to food and indigestion but you should visit your doctor for excluding cause such as heart related.
