What Causes Pain In The Tendon, Knees And Elbows While On Levaquin?

I have taken two rounds of Levaquin (five days followed by ten days), prescribed by my gastroenterologist to help resolve an intestinal issue.I have completed the second round. I have experienced tendon pain, in elbows, fingers, outside of knees, and most noticeably in Achilles tendon. This is improving now that I am no longer on the antibiotic, but my left Achilles tendon is still very sensitive, particularly after sitting for some time. I just learned of the possible relationship between the tendon issues and the antibiotic. Do you have recommendations as to next steps?
