About 5 days ago I got an unexplained pain in my right testicle and today it was pretty much gone. then I tried masturbating and both my testicles were sore for maybe 15 minutes, I had masturbated twice while I had the initial pain in my right testicle. What could this be? Is it necessary for me to see a doctor yet?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of unexplained pain in my right testicle about 5 days ago. You got a relief and today it was pretty much gone. Then you tried masturbating and both your testicles were sore for maybe 15 minutes, you had masturbated twice while you had the initial pain in my right testicle. What could this be? Is it necessary to see a doctor yet?
Certainly yes, you should see the Doctor ASAP and get an appointment for Urologist too. Request your Doctor for tests of urine and blood. Ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum and abdomen as this can be epididymo-orchitis. IT is important to get a correct diagnosis and then alone it is possible that you can have curative treatment. This should never be taken lightly.
