What Causes Pain In The Testicles?

I have this pain in my left testicles that I experience from time to time. It is becoming frequent now unlike last three months ago. What could be the reason? I am 54 years old, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and taking maintenance medication for hypertension for about thirteen years now.

Based on the facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
could be from- BEP with Orchitis from Urinary tract infection / or could be from other causes- as -Epididymitis with orchitis / or with prostatitis.
Consult Urologist / Surgeon who would assess the proper treatment after examination.
