I am a 60 year old woman with a lifetime of healthy sex relations. My husband worked out of the country for five years and upon his return I can no longer tolerate penis penetration. Everything I have read on this subject suggests either a mental or physical inhibition of the lubrication system. Neither is applicable -- I am easily sexually aroused and produce profuse amounts of lubrication, but it seems that my vagina is now so much smaller (in circumference) that penetration is absolutely impossible. What could be the problem?
