hi, i am 35years old - male. i am having a serious problem with my voice.i need to clear my voice everytime i talk or read. my voice tends to tire out very quickly and i feel like i cannot continue reading or talking anymore.i do feel pain in the throat. i would like to find out is who should i contact for such a problem.

It could be a pharyngitis. As a first line management you can do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
