What Causes Pain In Toes, Hands And Lower Back?

My left foot hurts at the toes and this has been for a few days now. Now my left hand hurts when I try to stretch it out ( by the thumb) my lower back by my hip is achy too. I know it could be a coincidence that its all on the left side but Im not sure.
