I have very strong pain in the upper chest and lungs and goes to my upper back and neck and cause a strong headache with small amount of excretion or walking. When I rest it does subside. I have had a bronchoscopes, stress test, and pulmonary breathing test and even saw an infection disease specialist. All of these test have come out negative. I was digonised 2 years ago with malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor sarcoma cancer. I have lung nodules that are changing but the cancer doctor dosent think it is the cancer metasing but felt it was due to an infection which all came back negative. What could pain in chest be? Running out of options and dont know what to do anymore. Pain feels like it getting worse.
