What Causes Pain In Upper Left Side And Lower Back Followed By Burping?

I have a dull ache on my upper left side, and lower back on the left with constant burping, and bloating. I have constipation and then diarrhea and excessive gas. I have for the last three days had tremors on my left hand. I have type two diabetes and congestive heart failure - have had heart surgery, valve repair, and just had two stents due to scar tissue build up. I thought it was just gall bladder and a change of diet usually clears it up but this time nothing is working. Also have a headache which I rarely have.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of complex of symptoms from past history of congestive heart failure, heart surgery for valve repair, two stents, diabetes and recently pain in the left upper abdomen, burping, gases, constipation and now diarrhea and pain in the left lower back. Change of diet is not working as it used to in the past.
With the history of diabetes, it is possibly a case of gastroparesis causing the pain and burping as the motility if the intestinal tract is reduced.
There can be gastritis also.
I wound advise you the following:
'X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography.
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
Upper GI Endoscopy and further tests as may be required on clinical examination.
This would help to get a proper diagnosis and plan a proper treatment.
