What Causes Pain In Upper Leg?

I have an ache in the upper part of my leg that just doesn t seem to go away. It is just one leg. Not sure if it something I need to be concerned about on the weekend or wait to see how it does the rest of the day. I felt a twinge of it last night but as the day goes on it seems to a stronger annoyance. I did just wash my floors on hands and knees that thats when it seemed to intensify. Marilyn Piazza

Most likely this pain is coming from your back or Hip joint.Sometimes continuous strain on the spine may result the pressure on the nerves which may result in this kind of pain.I would suggest to take some good rest and put a pillow under your knees while lying down.Avoid forward bending and lifting weight for some time. Also you may try some OTC pain medication.
