I got my period about 3 years ago and I have had multiple situations where I ve needed to use a tampon. I have tried to insert them ton of times and have never successfully inserted one. I know exactly how to do it and am always following the instructions and relaxing. I try to find the best way to insert it but it never works. I have never been able to insert it more than half way in I tried it on my heaviest day and am fully relaxed. Any time I try to insert it at all it is almost unbearable pain. It hurts so much and I ve only put the tampon in once but almost fainted because of the pain so I had to remove it immediately. I am a dancer so I am not too small down there it s just painful. Any help?
