What Causes Pain In Wrist And A Feeling Of Lump Near Shoulder?
My wrist is hurting along my thumb and index finger it reveals no fracture but its 9/10 on pain when flex or trying to lift object over 5 lbs. It feel like a tight lump in between both shoulder and having frequent headaches. I got injury from a fall I was told to see a neurologist by a friend. Can a neurologist help instead of Orthopedic Md?

your problem needs thorough clinical examination, your thumb problem seems to me to be a case of trigger finger, needs Injection Kenacort to release tension due to tight fascia over flexor pollicis longus tendon, if not relieved with injection, surgical release of the tight fascia around the tendon by an orthopaedic surgeon will cure it, it is very difficult to guess about swelling near your shoulder, better see an Ortho surgeon
