What Causes Pain Inside Labia After Removal Of Fibroid?

I am 27 years old, 5'4 and 165 pounds, I had a D and C and removal of fibrods from my ovaries done a couple months ago. While hospitalized I was on put Lupron for endometrosis. I am currently having vagina pain on the inside of labia with nothing there. Is this normal??
