Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having a dull aching pain near leftside underarm for four days now it does not radiant anywhere else I know it started hurting when I was changing our room around I cant sleep and it triggers uncontrollable acid and it makes me feel weak I m 35 with Gerd problems.
What I understand from history is that this pain is due to nerve entrapment. Use a soft cervical collar for a week to two.
Do some hot water fermentation to relax the muscle spasm in the neck and shoulder region.
Later start some low-intensity static neck exercises for stabilizing the neck and strengthening the muscles. Post which does exercises for the upper limb strengthening. You should do well.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
