What Causes Pain On Penis Tip And Puss Discharge?

Hello, Am facing pain from past one week in penis tip and am getting white/yellow colored puss from that. Even am getting pain while passing urine. I undergo urine test and scanning. Reports said normal. Urologist said to drink more water. I am taking citrlaka antibiotic from 4 days. Please help me to get out of this. Am Doubt whether it is STD or What?
