What Causes Pain On Right Side And Vaginal Bleeding?

I have pain in my right side below ribs. If I lay on this side it feels like I am laying on a golf ball. I can t turn very well due to the pain. It is also radiating to my mid back.. I also noticed blood after going to the toilet and wiping. Not sure whether this was bowel or vaginal so I put a tampon in and found it was vaginal. I had a hysterectomy 20 years ago.i am 51.

Considering your age with a history of hysterectomy vaginal bleeding needs to be evaluated with a Gynecologist. Also, need to a chest x-ray to find out the cause of right side chest pain.
