What Causes Pain On Right Side Of The Neck?

Hello doctor I am 33 yrs old 6.2/198 lbs recently I am having a pain on my right side neck and left side tie nearer to the pennies. I am unable to get the faster vision (While turning my head faster my eyes are not following). Recently I am facing an ED problem (this was realized for past 10 months) also. Kindly guide me to find the problem or a test to find the exact problem.
