I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. it seems to be an intestinsal spasm Kindly take some anti spasmodic like Drotaverin 40mg or mebeverine it will hopefully be relieved I don/t wana jump onto bigger issues which can be gall bladder issue which is always occuring after meal ...but if things don t settle down kindly get a detailed ultrasound of yourself KUB with full bladder though hopefully it will come ot clear and you will endup with slight infection and intestinal spasm ...some raw chinee veges have amoebae in them which pain so try two tablets of metronedazole if you can Hope this answers your question.
