My left thumb is warm, throbbing, and very painful to touch or to try to use. Only thing I can think of is that yesterday I was pulling prickly weeds and may have gotten something in my skin, but I can t see or feel anything. What will help the throbbing?

Go for icepack and observe urself that u r having fever or skin colour changes of thumb. If yes then go to doctor as soon as possible.
