What Causes Pain Radiating Down Arm, Chest Pain And Upset Stomach?

Hi Doctor, I have had dull aches down my left arm along with chest pain in my upper left side for the past 2 days. Mild enough to not even require a pain pill but uncomfortable. Along with it, I ve had heartburn for 4 days and an upset stomach (mild stomach aches) and gassy. Who should I go see? gastro doctor or heart doctor? or neither?

Dear patient
You are suffering from severe gastritis. Avoid spicy foods.take tab pantocid 40mg twice a day before meals for 10 days . hopefully to will be relieved within 2 -3 days. If not relieved then take visit to physician and get EKG done. All the best.
