What Causes Pain, Tenderness And Mild Redness Of Breasts?

I have breast pain, tenderness, fullness, warmth, mild redness and hypersensitivity since last year. This lasts for three weeks every month. The only time is better is the week of my period. I had some breast tenderness in the years before for one day or two before my period, but never this much. It's quite debilitating.
I also have migraines and a diagnosis of IBS because of heart burn, bloating, and constipation. I take medication to treat these symptoms but I'm not sure how much they actually help because symptoms didn't change much.
I was on Alesse for 10 years to treat my PMS, because I had very debilitating symptoms of fatigue, depression, acne, cramps back pain, and anemia. For all that time Alesse worked like a charm. I didn't suffer wit PMS at all for ten years! But.. I stopped taking it last year because the breast pain started and I had missed two periods. But the breast pain never left, and PMS came back, obviously. Now my doctor gave me Yaz but no change with the breast pain.
I would like to stop my breast pain. Simple and straight forward. Thank you.

If you have correctly diagnosed migraines you should not be either on Alesse or Yaz tablets.
What are the medicines you are taking for IBS ? These are not usually a problem.
Your Breast pain needs to be both Clinically evaluated & by Sonomammograms( Ultrasound Scans of the Breasts).
You neither give us your age, number of pregnancies/children & how old they are, whether you Breast fed & for how long.
Do try Vitamin E 400mg upto 3 times a day till you sort out these problems & add if required Tylenol 1gm 3 times a day
