What Causes Pain The Right Side Of The Chest?
Hi, I'm 20 years old, male, non-smoker, 1.67m and 55kg Been suffering from chest pain for 6 years. The pain is sometimes from the right chest and sometimes in the middle. The right chest pain was excruciating and can go on for hours once it start to act up while the middle chest pain is a feeling of tightness. It can suddenly act up while i was just playing games or watching movies. I have seek for a cardiologist consultation and have done the trackmill stress test and it is negative.

Looking to your case its chronic pain in chest which may be from chest wall or lungs, as your EKG and TMT is normal.
Go for chest X-ray, rule out cause of lung disease.
Else take analgesic and hot fomentation.
