What Causes Pain Under Belly Button While Controlling Urination?

hi doctor, i am 34 years old male. i have been experiencing mild pain under my belly button for a number of years mainly due to the fact of holding myself using the toilet. After using the toilet the pain goes away. Recently i have been in pain for three days and it is mild, but its bugging me. I have been drinking large quantities of fluid, but thats not been helping. please help thank you
