Sir you are already taking a good dosage of pain killer analgesic and even after that if you do not have got relief then it need to get evaluated further to know what it is and why it's painting so much. If you have financial problem even then I suggest to check with any government hospital and take ultrasound of abdomen to know there is nothing wrong in abdomen. If that comes normal then it may be related to calcium deficiency. And so that rib as well as the spine is painful but along with this if you have radiating pain to legs or hands there are chances of even disc involvement. In any case you need to visit hospital and get it checked properly. Take care.
