Hi,

Breast pain could be due to many conditions like breast cysts, fibrocystic breast changes, costochondritis, mastitis or abscess or due to intake of few medications, menopause, Premenstrual syndrome etc. In your history there is no symptoms like fever or discharge and no reporting about your age. If your menstrual cycle is near, then the swelling & pain would resolve itself after periods get over.

I advise you to:
- Take analgesics for pain
- If fever, increase in swelling, discharge if any take course of antibiotics
- Hot compress
- Wear well-fitted, supportive bra

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
