Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My wife, 63 yrs old has been having abdominal pain under her right breast and the pain radiates to her back. She vomited bile last week. Ultrasound came back as unremarkable with no masses indicated. All of her lab work is showing as normal (blood etc). The pain was intermittent and is now constant
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Detailed evaluation is needed as the age is on the higher side. Get a CT scan abdomen to look for any intra-abdominal causes. As of now you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
