Hello,

First of all, do not panic. I will suggest you get the breast discharge examined for fluid cytology and if there is any palpable lump in the breast, please get FNAC- Fine needle aspiration cytology test done. Ultrasound breast and the axillary area are advisable. It will help to know and rule out any malignant changes in the breast tissues at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
