What Causes Pain While Flexing Fingers?

I had surgery to reattach my ulnar collateral ligament and I had a Palmer type 1a TFCC. I also had displacement of my extensor carpi ulnaris tendon. After therapy I know have pain when touching my pisiform and my pistotrquetral joint clicks. I have pain when flexing and gripping with my pinky and ring finger. Could these be from the original injury? How did it go in diagnosed?

It's common after surgery at wrist level or forearm level., patients will have stiffness at wrist and all fingers as well some times at elbow level too. Here you have already gone for surgery and that also with extensor tendon as well ulnar Collateral ligament repair so the pain will stay for few days you need to do mobilisation of your hand wrist and specially the affected side finger joints. In progression gradually you will see your pain will also come down and you will be able to use your hand as it is. Take care.
