What Causes Pain While Looking Up Or To The Sides?

I have a question about my eyes, it had started happening just three days ago. Every time I look up or to the sides of my eye I feel pain; I've been researching a little and I don't have any blur in my eyes or no redness just some pain whenever I look. Also along with this I have received headaches and neck pain.

I am 17 years old, male and I don't wear glasses.

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can happen on paralytic effect of superior rectus and oblique muscle. Refraction and cover test should be done to diagnose involvement of muscle. Consult a neurologist for examination and and diagnosis of effected cranial nerve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
