Hi S. Suresh.
Thanks for your query, I have read the history and noted your symptoms and about the surgery you have undergone.
The surgery must have been Endoscopic release / cut of the condition called 'Stricture Urethra'.
This condition is known to recur very frequently causing pain while passing urine.
I would suggest you the following:
First of all to undergo a Urethrogram to know the length, position and severity of the stricture.
Secondly to go for a repeat Urethroscopy and the procedure to have optimal dilatation.
Thirdly, to lean self catheterization to keep dilating the urethral tract at a time as advised by your
Urologist. This will avoid the recurrence of the stricture (narrowing).
Fourthly, if the stricture is too tight or too long and the repeated dilatation fails, you will have to undergo a formal operation / surgery of
Urethroplasty.
I hope this helps you to understand the reason of pain while passing urine and the best possible treatment one can have,.
