Urologist 's  Response
Hi,
I suggest you get your mother to undergo a few tests such as an ultrasound of kidneys and bladder, a urine culture, serum creatinine. It does look as if she could have an issue as the urine analysis shows a significant increase in red blood cells, which could be due to an infection or a stone which could also explain why she has pain while voiding urine. once the reports are available, we will be in a better position to advice you.
