General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
It can be due to some sort of injury or infection, injured while forcing it out might be due to small opening of vagina. If there are no symptoms of urine burning or pain, itching, fever or foul smelling vaginally discharge. You need normal cleaning and gentle pulling. In presence of these symptoms, you need doctors consultation &specific medication.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
