What Causes Pain While Urinating And Blood And Foul Smelling Urine?

I have been feeling really tired the past week but sunday noticed my urine had a bad smell, today not so bad, however went to doctor due to feeling so blah and said my urine is "cooking something" and gave me an order for antibiotic. In the past 3 hours it hurts to pee (general uti but I dont get them, maybe 3 in life time and 30). It is now blood tinged and just passed a blood clot...should I worry or just take meds and wait.

I suggest to continue the treatment.

Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
