What Causes Pain While Urinating And Blood While Passing Stools?

i had vigorous sex earlier today, and at one point my partner slipped and hit internal bone hard. since then I have noticed that I need to urinate frequently and it hurts to pee. there is also blood when i go to the toilet. it is not at the surface of the vagina. any information would be helpful and treatment suggestions

* This is in relation with internal damage to your pelvic organs , most
probably rectum with or without urinary bladder .

* Recommended to undertake urgently ultrasound examination of the
pelvis with transrectal usg .
