What Causes Pain While Urinating, Sore At Base Of Penis In Child?
Hi my three and half year old boy says it hurts when he has a wee and that is always sore at the base of his pens along his tummy he his very warm to touch but says he is cold he also has a a red circle almost burn looking around his bum hole what may this be

Such symptoms occur due to urinary tract infection.
In male children it is commonly due to congenital proststic urethral valves.
Better consult pediatrician/urologist.
