What Causes Pain While Urinating?

Hi, I m a 23 year old female and at about 7pm lastnight while working (provide personal care in peoples homes for the disabled) I had to go to the bathroom to urinate, I felt as if I was going to wet myself, I went but there wasn t much, about 2 minutes later I felt like I still had to go really bad, so when I did there was nothing. All through the night I ve felt like I have been bursting to go to the loo but when I do go hardly anything comes out and at the end of urinating I get a pain in my clitoris for a couple of seconds and feel as if I need to go again. I have no swelling, or itching or burning or anything else, just a constant feeling to go to the loo, and at the end having a couple of seconds pain. What could this be? Could it be a UTI or bladder infection? Also what is the best solution until I see my GP in a weeks time? (First appointment I could get) and I ve phoned my local walk-in centres but they won t see me as they are saying it s nothing. Thank you
