What Causes Pain While Urinating?

the pass couple of days i ve been having a sharp pain when i pee, almost like someone is sticking me with a needle. It doesn t hurt the whole time just when i first pee. it s also a bit tender on the tip towards the bottom part i m kinda freaked out can anyone point me to what it is. It is not a std because my partner was just checked out the day it started.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. You should also go for blood sugar test to rule out diabetes.
If you are male then you should also go for ultrasound abdomen to check your prostate. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
