What Causes Pain While Urinating?

I had a very bad incident in the bathroom about 7 mns ago, it was so hard pooping and it also hurt very much the pain was sureal, and i found myself noy able to hear, and i also got so dizzy i was about to faint, once my poop came out my hearing came back and i stopt being dizzy ... Im so worried :(

You have problem of pain at urination that may be because of urinary tract infection.

Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
After urine culture start a antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion .

Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
