What Causes Painful And Pus Discharging Abscess Under Skin?

I have a abcess under the skin looks swollen and it's painfull. I have some white think drainage from it and when cleaned off it looks like inside the tiny hole in the middle is black... What could this be. FYI I have had MRSA before and this looks a lot like it but just dont want to asume.
