What Causes Painful And Pus Filled Spot On Vaginal Lip?
There is a hard, red purple, raised pimple like thing on my mons pubis. It started out as what appeared to be an ingrown hair, so I popped it and pus came out. It has now grown in length and is painful to the touch. Nothing else will come out of it. What is it?

It could be a boil.
You can start with a short course of antibiotics.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. If pus is there it has to be drained.
