What Causes Painful And Tight Trapezius Muscle, Tingling In Left Arm And Hand?
I ve been experiencing pain and tightness in my left trapezius as well as tingling in my left arm and hand. It s been intermittent and stretching doesn t seem to help. Additionally, there is significant popping in my rotator cuff when I rotate my arm. Any ideas? YYYY@YYYY
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns. You are having left Trapezius strain that can manifest in sore and aching muscle pain which radiates from the shoulders to the back of the neck.General soreness makes the muscles feel tense and tight.Damaged muscle fibers lead to stiffening. When shoulder pain is present, tingling can radiate down the arm and hand.Individual may have difficulty with stretching. Office workers, factory workers, or anyone who stays in the same position for a long time runs the risk of pain and tension in the trapezius. A popping sound in your shoulder indicates rotator cuff tears in addition.
