What Causes Painful And Watery Eyes?

My eye has watered for a couple days now today pain Egan like the top of my eye is bruised? This happened last year and persisted for a week. I checked for irritant , but none. I flushed it, now it hurts to open, close it and feels like I was punched in it. Light hurts worse. It stops for a little then starts all over again.?

you are having epiphora with corneal erosion and it hurts on sunlight take dark glass and avoid going out to sun apply neosporine eye ointment externally. consult eye doctor for detail check up of eye. cornea is to be examined exclude iridocyclitis. it can be dacrocystitis so punctum dialatation and syringing is to be done.
