What Causes Painful And Watery Eyes?
My eye has been really watery for a week now and as of today it s gotten very painful but I can still easily open it. Tears also seem to be coming out of my nose on the side of the eye that s the problem. My question is what do you think it could be? It s an aching pain I d rate a 4/10.

it is epiphora. punctum dialatation and syringing should be done with syringing methylene blue can be added and x-ray taken so that exact block can be detected
