What Causes Painful Black Spot On Foot?

Hi my foot has had this blackish spot and then grew a little when I started to walk it would hurt when I d step on the area where the spot was I finally took a toenail clipped and clipped off the top of the layer to see if it was a splinter or something but it just bleed and it keeps coming back even after I clip the skin off what do I do? What is this?

This sounds like a plantar wart. These are easily treated but require treatment by a doctor. The wart medications in the store are not strong enough for the thick skin on the bottoms of the feet (they do work on hands though). Warts appear black because you are seeing the tiny blood vessels coming to the wart then when you trim the skin/callus back you open these tiny vessels and it bleeds. See a podiatrist or dermatologist for treatment.
