What Causes Painful Bowel Movement With Dark Red Blood?
hi when i go to the toilet to have a poo, i get really sharp pains round my anal area feels like razer blades coming out of me, when i invstergate my poo it is covered in blood on one half of every piece, its not bright red blood more like a meduim dark red. is this serious!!!
I think you may be suffering from constipation lead to hard stools with hemorrhoids or fissure in anus. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Eat a high fiber diet and regular exercise. Drink plenty of liquids. Use syrup lactulose once a day after dinner for five days is useful for softening for stool. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
