What Causes Painful Brown Mole On The Legs And Buttocks?

Hi, I,he had a dark brown mole. My leg for about ten years now and no changes with it at all . now in the last two months I have developed four more that look the same but bigger and sometimes get it by and sore they are on my back and buttock. I m 37 years old and I am a smoker.and female. My husband wants me to go to the clinic but I bit scared as cancer has been a illness in the family. I apologies there are insuffientfunds in my card I will try. Your srevice. next week

Probably you have developed atypical moles.
Your description is suggestive of that.
Pain in an existing mole and sudden appearance of moles is a dangerous sign.
A biopsy might be required to confirm the diagnosis.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This Will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
