hi.
based from your description, it could be folliculitis. this usually occurs after shaving or when a hair is accidentally pulled out and it gets infected. it could also be a cyst, or an inflammatory reaction which is starting to form an abscess. a consult with your gynecologist is best for clinical evaluation. medical and/or surgical management will be directed accordingly.
